     HZYGP真空制膏機是我公司自主研發的專利產品；專利號：ZL2015 2 0795163.3.設備采用整體雙基座雙同步液壓缸設計，設計罐蓋、混合 機構與機體的重心同軸線,與雙基座雙液壓缸軸線吻合；罐體采用新型球型封頭設計,球型流線的弧度解決了膏體流動性差的問題，新型混合系統采用分層次雙快速溶解攪拌偏心混合與圓弧矛式刮壁混合槳組成混合系統,重點圍繞罐體球形結構特點，設計組合式三軸、多槳葉分層次同軸整體帶動混合優化系統，實現物料快速溶解混合，提升生產效率，本設備重點研發的恒真空氣力吸料系統、實現了勻速吸料、解決了吸料中出現粉料沖頂問題，并可實現真空度任意控制；通過西門子PLC.觸摸操作屏等自控元件組合成智能半自動安全操作聯鎖系統，可作為膏體自動化生產線制膏部分自動化控制的子控制基點站，通過延伸可升級成全自動控制系統；可滿足用戶未來全自動化生產升級需求。

      HZYGP vacuum unguent machine is our own independent research&development patent product, patent No: ZL2015 2 0795163.3. This equipment using integrated double-base double synchronous hydraulic cylinder design. Cover, mixing device and structure gravity centers are in the same axial line and identical with double-base double synchronous hydraulic cylinder axial line. The tank uses new spherical seal head design that such spherical seal curvature solves poor unguent flow problem. The new mixing system combines hierarchical double eccentric stirring rapidly dissolving and mixing method with arc spear scraped agitator. Such design focuses on the tank spheroid structural characteristic. The combined three axis and multi-blade coaxial hybrid overall drive mixing optimization system achieve rapid material dissolution with efficient production promotion. The constant vacuum pneumatic suction system of this equipment is the key zone which realizes the uniform absorption material and resolves the powder top-hitting problem in the suction section. This system implements optionally adjustment of  the vacuum degree. Automatic control components like Siemens PLC touch screen compose semi-automatic safety operation interlocking system that can be used as the sub-control station of unguent automatic control of production section of the whole production line. The semi-automatic system also can be upgraded to the full-automatic one by extending to satisfy the future full-automatic production upgrade demand of customers.
