| HZGYGP efficient vacuum system cream machine is our own independent research&development patent product, patent No: 2016200247564. This invention is a highly efficient mixing vacuum unguent machine comply to GMP standard. This machine is be used to fabricate unguent of a certain viscosity liquid (colloidal) mix with material and process dissolution, uniform, refinement, emulsion and grinding procedure. This machine is applicable to toothpaste, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals industries.
This new efficient vacuum unguent machine mixing system consists of two hierarchical double rapid dissolution mixing systems, arc spear scraped agitator, and bottom umbrella-shaped jet-type internal recycle homogenizer. This machine uses spherical cavity as carrier, and combines bottom homogeneity mixing, dual high speed dissolution mixing, arc spear scraped agitator into high efficient mixing system, which three-dimensional mixing system and three-dimensional blade hierarchical coaxial will overall drive material to compose specific flow mixing system that allow the material rapid dissolution, homogeneity and production efficiency promotion. Complete double base double synchronous hydraulic cylinder equipped and constant vacuum suction system equipped that achieve the uniform absorption material and resolve the powder top-hitting problem in the suction procedure. This system implements optionally adjustment of the vacuum degree. Automatic control components like Siemens PLC touch screen compose semi-automatic safety operation interlocking system that can be used as the sub-control station of unguent automatic control of production section of the whole production line. The semi-automatic system also can be upgraded to the full-automatic one by extending to satisfy the future full-automatic production upgrade demand of customers. |
